From what I can gather from old interviews and stuff, this was a remix project hosted/conceived by the C8 people (one of, if not the most famous breakcore site from back in ye olde days). Four artists are known to have participated in it because they are the only ones who I can actually find made tracks for it.
"C8 Diversity" - This is the easiest one to find because he released it on his first full-length record and also got super mega popular.
Find it here.
"Diversity" - Came out on a split with Acid Enema in 2000, was apparently rejected/not published onto the site for some reason. Actually easy to find because Acid Enema would put this split up on their Bandcamp, completely free too.

"BMH (C8 Diversity Project)": One of the less famous guys from the day, but the Briokids site is still up and seemingly actively maintained (even if not often). Released on "I Wanna Huff Mountain Fresh Glade 'Till I Can't Distinguish My Emotions" in 2000.
Get the whole album here.
"(C8 Diversity)": Some stuff from Sunjammer, one of those guys with low output but immensely great tunes. It can be found in his XM Directory release as "BURN.XM", but the file that floats around on Soulseek is what indicates it was for Diversity.

I am making a point to try and find proof/more details on this whole thing, but the C8 site wasn't super well archived (it has a lot of URLs but most of it is the PHP forum board. Searching anything labeled "div" gave nothing. The back cover of the Acid Enema/Minion site specifies it was apparently on a website, but this may have just been a page or minisite on C8. While it makes me feel like a huge creepy stalker, I might go and contact some of these people to see if they are able to offer details on what it was. Who knows.
